Kalim YoonKALIM YOON Born 1980 in Seoul, Korea Lives and work in London The work of Kalim Yoon relates to memory and the preservation of knowledge. Often representing the gap between childhood and adulthood she uses ready-mades or objects with a history layered through scent or actual appearance. In her sculptural work well-known items are changed into realms of past and present, which are contextualized in settings designed for new meanings to occur.
